Good
news comes for HTC smartphone users are waiting for updates to the device. HTC
on Wednesday confirmed that 16 of their devices will receive Android 4.0 update
Ice Cream Sandwich will be present for the DROID Incredible 2, Amaze 4G, Desire
S, Desire HD, 3D EVO, EVO 4G Design, Incredible S, Sensation, Sensation XL, 4G
Sensation, Sensation XE, HTC Raider, Rezound, Rhyme, Thunderbolt, and Vivid.
Taiwan-based company is currently in the early stages of the launch of the
Android 4.0 update for the ICS and the Sensation Sensation XE, with 4G and the
Sensation Sensation XL is scheduled to follow. Updates for other devices will
be more widely available in the next few weeks. Taiwanese manufacturers are
also continuing to work with the operator in each country to ensure a schedule
update for other devices, for ICS 4.0 update soon spread throughout the world.
