U.S. judge earlier this month ordered Google and Motorola Mobility to submit
information on the development of the Android operating system and the
acquisition of Motorola Mobility by Google to Apple. Judge Richard A. Posner
has now rejected the company is headquartered in Cupertino, U.S.. Posner is the
same judge who will lead the patent trial between Apple and Motorola. According
to Posner demands too much to Apple,'' They have to narrow the scope of their
request to be managed, and they must prepare the documents'' said Judge Posner.
Google
last month has received approval from the U.S. and the European Union over the
proposed acquisition of Motorola Mobility for $ 12.5 billion. Google, based in
Mountain View, Calif., also will acquire about 17,000 patents from the
acquisition. Motorola said it expects to complete the sales in the first half
of this year, but this is still awaiting approval from China. The number of
patents owned by Google and Motorola Mobility is feared by Apple that could
threaten the sustainability of its products.
