LG Plans Selling 35 Million Units Smartphone, Mostly 4G LTE 
A senior LG executive was recently revealed in an interview the company plans to sell up to 80 million phones in 2012 was. Of the 80 million figure, as many as 35 million units of which are smartphones with at least 8 million units based on LTE. This target is below the number of LG phones that can be sold last year as many as 88 million units.


LG expects 4G LTE-based smartphone will be able to increase sales profit margin. LG in the last quarter has been able to benefit even less from the mobile division for the first time after switching from regular phone to a smartphone in mid-2010.

Some of the handset to be released LG include LG Optimus 4X HD, quad-core smartphone was first announced. Also there is the LG Vu with the Optimus 5-inch screen and LG Optimus 3D Max, plus L-series smartphone with attractive design.
