In
December 2011, Nokia had announced Nokia Money in India, a service designed to
facilitate financial transactions for users who live in the suburbs. But today
it is known that the service was closed, because according to Elop Nokia Money
is not the main part of company strategy.
Rumored
for users who still use the registration money will be refunded on the 15th of
March. The service itself will remain in operation up to 3-4 months, but
thereafter will be closed for good. If you look at competitors, other vendors
are currently promoting similar services. Just look at Google's so ambitious to
make Google Wallet instead of the user.
