Following the introduction of their flagship Android smartphone Galaxy S III, the boss of Samsung Mobile, JK Shin revealed that South Korean electronics giant is targeting to sell 200 million smartphones in 2012, raising their global market share to 23-24 percent, compared to 21 in 2011 , 1 percent.

To achieve that, Shin stated that Samsung hopes the Galaxy S III. According to figures obtained researcher Strategy Analytics market, Samsung is currently in a good way to achieve the target of 200 million smartphones. Strategy Analytics estimates that Samsung has sold 44.5 million smartphones in the first quarter of this year.
