Sapphire
was officially launched its new flagship graphics card, the Radeon HD 7970
Toxic Edition GHz 6GB. Graphics cards developed for more than six months using a
chip 'Tahiti' 28 nm to 6144 MB of memory.
Radeon
HD 7970 Toxic Edition 6GB GHz using a core clock speed 1050 MHz, 1100 MHz
frequency boost, and 1,500 MHz (effective 6:00 GHz GDDR5).
Sapphire
uses 8-phase VRM design, which was none other than 'Diamond Back' (potential
loss of energy at a lower core), and International Rectifier DirectFETs. To
improve the efficiency of the signal, Sapphire uses a 12-layer PCB. This
graphics card is using the power of two 8-pin PCIe connectors. For cooling
systems, Sapphire uses a homemade design, ie, Vapour Chamber technology.
Sapphire
HD 7970 Toxic Edition 6GB is a series of features that are ideal for
overclockers. It includes a set of software TriXX clock speed, fan speed and
voltage, temperature, and dual-BIOS.
Its
output display consists of a dual-link DVI and mini-DisplayPort 1.2, HDMI 1.4a,
and a connector. Through CrossFireX configurations, these cards can work with
more than three Radeon HD 7900 series.
These
graphics cards can now be purchased on the market, but Sapphire does not
mention how the sale price.
