Nokia Conversations has just confirmed that the important features will be present in the Lumia series of Nokia.

This feature will be provided in conjunction with the provision to update Windows Phone 7.8 phones Lumia 610, 710, 800, and 900.

In addition to providing the features file transfer via Bluetooth, Windows Phone 7.8 update will provide several other features, such as:

The new Start screen, similar to Windows Phone 8
Application Ringtone Maker to create their own ringtone
Application Contact Share updated to support sharing via Bluetooth.
