Of the 736,247 applications that currently can be accessed, there is 336 270 paid apps, while 120 065 applications were games (about 16 percent). The number of applications is just the iOS platform and does not include applications in the Mac App Store based OSX.
Currently, the App Store has been accessed by about 400 million iTunes account holders. Of all users, there are more than 35 billion times the downloads done during the last 4 years since the launch of the portal application.
