Microsoft's New Voice Recognition Technology on Windows Phone

Voice recognition technology has been implanted in Windows Phone by Microsoft since the OS debuted in the first time. From time to time, these technologies get updates and performance improvements. As a Microsoft TechFest event held earlier this month, the researchers demonstrate a new feature known as 'streaming mode'. This feature allows Windows Phone users to search when they are talking.

At first glance this feature is similar to the one in Android, but the method used by Bing to be one step ahead. This feature has the ability to display search results even if the user has not stopped talking.

Not yet known exactly when Microsoft will deliver this capability on Windows Phone. Of speculation, the possibility of these features will be present in the updated Windows Phone Blue by the of this year.
