Asus is becoming more successful with its smartphones recently. When I have seen from gsmarena, they had launched several versions of Tabs. Besides, they also succeed with their Zenphone series which embedded with Altel Chipset. Based on rumors, Asus will reveal a cheap smartphone soon. The first rumor came from Taiwan and it is said there is a new Zenfone series that will be launched plus it will be made with non-Altel Chipset.
According to the rumor, the new series of cheap Zenfone smartphone is dubbed Zenfone Go. It also tipped will be powered with MediaTek quad-core chipset. Zenfone Go is made with 5 inch HD screen and certainly made for basic smartphone users. It is also equipped with 2GB RAM and 16GB ROM.
Talking about its camera, it will be 8MP for the main camera and 2MP for the front. It is ample for taking a good picture.
The Zenfone Go will be feature 3G connectivity but no 4G LTE support. No wonder it is called a cheap smartphone from Asus. I am also a user of a cheap smartphone. What the most important thing is we must make sure that the phone we bought is friendly to use. Not many problems.
Back to the Zenfone Go, it is tipped to launch by the end of this month but there are no official hints by Asus itself. So, hope it comes true.
