Nokia
is working to release a software update to the world's best camera phone, the
Nokia 808 PureView. This update is intended for the camera sector, and will be
released in a few weeks.
Update
camera software is closing some bugs that are in the application's built-in
camera on a phone camera. In addition to closing the bugs, this update also
allow users to manually adjust the ISO setting 'Creative Mode' to get a photo
with the effect of darkness even though the photo was photographed in the sun.
Here
is a quote from Nokia's official statement:
Nokia 808 PureView is built to take great pictures easily in Automatic mode. If you want to get creative in bright light conditions, our recommendation is to set the ISO setting into the default mode i.e. to use Auto ISO in Creative mode. Within upcoming weeks we will provide software update that will allow to use ISO setting in bright light conditions more flexibly.
