Microsoft
has released Windows Phone SDK (Software Development Kit) 7.1.1 which supports
the device with 256MB RAM, and can run on Windows 8 preview that was released
to the public. For users of Windows 8, this is the first Windows Phone Emulator
can be used on this platform. Although Microsoft warned of a possible
non-optimal performance, the developer wants to use this emulator on Windows 8
in order to know the actual performance of the applications they create can run
both on Windows and Windows Phone 8.
Device
with 256MB RAM is a big thing for Microsoft in terms of volume potential, and
that is why it is also very important for developers. 256 allows the
manufacturers to make a phone with a cheaper price, which certainly will affect
the larger volume, especially in emerging markets. Now it seems Microsoft and
its partners are preparing weapons which could increase the market share of
Windows Phone. Remember, too, support the applications that also determine the
success of a great age of the current platform.
