Mozilla
is ready to give Firefox version 14 to be downloaded by users. This update
introduces auto-completion URLs typed into the Awesome Bar, along with Google
searches that are encrypted by default, to protect the personal data of parties
who are not responsible for the spread in the network infrastructure. Pointer
Lock API has also been added, allowing developers to improve the control of the
mouse for gaming and internet applications.
Support
full screen on Mac OS X Lion also been implemented into this version, as the
ability to set the plug-in browser to only load when clicked on. Another
enhancement includes a new API to prevent the entry screen sleep mode,
additional CSS for the Turkish and Greek languages, and a variety of security
bug fixes.
