Rumors about the presence of a cloud-based music player which uses SkyDrive service seems to have confirmed, after the code SkyDrive website leads to a music player that has been found. If true then this new feature will make Microsoft par with Apple, Amazon, and Google by giving users access to store music in digital storage with the ability to play anywhere as long as internet connected.
In addition to the code, the image is found by LiveSide media, and design are similar to those used in Microsoft Windows 8 applications. The figure reportedly comes from an internal trial version, which is annotated version 17, wave 6.
Although in theory this kind of service similar to Amazon's Cloud Player service, iCloud Apple, and Google Play Music, but the service made it possible Microsoft would have added value when integrated with Xbox Music service.
